Spring Term 

In our current topic unit, students will immerse themselves in the vibrant and often tumultuous world of Tudor Britain, a period spanning from 1485 to 1603. This study begins with the end of the Wars of the Roses and the rise of the Tudor dynasty under Henry VII. A significant focus of our lessons is in the reign of Henry VIII, where we explore his quest for an heir, the "Break with Rome", and the far reaching consequences of the Reformation of English life.
